Yes I’m still doing my 12 week fitness challenge. Still going strong! This week I wanted to share with you my at-home workout. My schedule is starting to pick up quite drastically. And I have been short on time so I cannot go to the gym as much. But I would use to make excuses for why I can’t work out. I waited into my baby went to sleep and I took 45 minutes to do it at home workout. The focus of this workout was glutes. There is nothing sexier than a shapely behind! That’s my opinion anyway.
