My Fall Skin Care and Self Care Haul: Cozy Scents, Smooth Skin, and Budget Friendly Finds

Hey y’all! Fall is officially here, and you already know I had to go shopping. This time I focused on cozy, relaxing things that get me in the mood for fall and winter. I’m also trying to cut back on my spending, so I kept this haul small, and a lot of it is super affordable. Here’s everything I picked up, sorted by type so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for.

Update: I filmed this haul before I tried the Garnier cleansing pad and the Medicube masks. I’ve tested both now, and they’re awesome! You’ll find my full thoughts in those sections below.

Shower Vibes

Dollar Tree Shower Steam Tablets (Relaxing Vapor and Lavender)
These are a godsend, and you can find them at Dollar Tree. If you follow my Shorts, you know Dollar Tree is my new relaxing shopping trip. It’s like treasure hunting! You get five tablets in a pack. Just turn your shower on and drop one at the bottom, and you get that aromatherapy smell and mood. It really sets the vibe, and it’s perfect for fall and winter.

Hand Soap

Safeguard Skin Zen in Vanilla and Cashmere
I smelled this at Walmart, fell in love, and bought a whole bunch. Some are for my house, and some are for my salon, because it smells that good. Vanilla and Cashmere is officially one of my favorite fall scents.

Body Wash and Scrubs

Dove Pecan Crush Body Wash (Holiday Collection)
This one smells like a cozy cup of hot coffee with caramel drizzle. It’s very pecan, very waffle, very caramel, and it smells like a sweet treat.

Dove Pecan Crush Body Scrub
The body wash smelled so good that I had to get the matching scrub too. Picture a hot shower at the end of the evening, then moisturizing and slipping into thick cozy socks and your favorite pajamas. That’s the mood.

Dr. Teal’s Shea Sugar Scrub with Essential Oils
Dr. Teal’s is usually known for aromatherapy, sea salts, and bath salts, so I expected something relaxing. What I didn’t expect was how good it would smell. It’s a little sugary, with almond and butter vibes. I’ve used Dr. Teal’s before, so I know the exfoliation works. My skin gets really dry in the fall, so exfoliating is a must.

Exfoliating Tools

Loofah
Not exactly a fall favorite, but here’s your reminder to swap yours out every few weeks. I had to replace mine too!

Exfoliating Gloves
I deal with strawberry legs. If I don’t exfoliate often, I get little dark marks where my skin isn’t shedding properly. These gloves are a must in my shower, and just like a loofah, I replace them often.

Lotions and Oils

I still like to wear my legs out in the fall, especially with ankle boots or knee high boots, so I want them smooth and shiny.

Vaseline Cocoa Radiant (72 Hour Moisturizer)
I tried a small sample first, loved it, and went back for the full size.

Vaseline Golden Hour Glow
Vaseline is a staple in so many households, and this one gives that glow. My skin gets drier in the fall and winter, so I’m exfoliating and moisturizing a lot more right now.

Facial Care

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with Vitamin C
Vitamin C is known for brightening, and I like to use it even when there’s less sun in the colder months. This is a gentle way to remove makeup and impurities.

Garnier Micellar Reusable Cleansing Pad
I’m trying to cut back on what I buy every month, so this reusable pad caught my eye. Instead of buying cotton pads and throwing them out, you can wash and reuse it, which is better for the environment too. I tested it, and it works great! It’s not just for cleansing, either. It’s also awesome for applying other products, like toners and serums. If you want to cut back on cotton pads, this one is a winner.

Medicube Pink Collagen Gel Masks
I grabbed these on a whim because they looked good in the store, and I kept seeing people online rave about the brand. I’m so glad I did! After using one, my skin looked glowy and felt hydrated. My favorite part is that the mask comes in two pieces, so it’s super easy to apply. You put the top on first, then the bottom. There were four in the pack, and I believe they ran around $22 or $23.

Your Turn

That’s my fall haul! I kept it small this time, but I’m loving everything so far, especially the cleansing pad and the Medicube masks. Have you tried any of these products? Drop your recommendations in the comments, because I’m always taking notes. Thanks so much for reading and watching, and I’ll see you in the next one!
